The Light & Oak House is a featured whole home remodel from Freimark Construction that showcases the warmth and versatility of white oak throughout an entire living space.

The centerpiece of this project is a custom staircase with white oak treads and carpet inlay, a detail that sets the tone for the rest of the home. Custom white oak accent beams run through the main living areas, adding architectural depth without overwhelming the space. Engineered hardwood flooring ties every room together with a consistent, natural material palette.

The guest bathroom received a complete transformation, featuring a marble tile floor and a curbless single-slope shower designed for a clean, barrier-free experience. Custom cabinetry and accent wall tile complete the space with a level of detail that carries throughout the entire home remodel.
