Our process starts with an in-home consultation, during which our team reviews any samples and inspirational photos in order to gain an understanding of your overall vision. During this time, they will also take measurements of the space.
After getting a feel for what you are looking for and assessing the space, our team will provide you with a detailed estimate. Once you accept the estimate, you will sign the contract, and we will schedule a construction start date.
Our design phase is broken up into three different processes depending on each client’s specific requirements and requests.
Clients provide their own design preferences and selections. You will make selections at local showrooms and itemize the list for our procurement.
Clients receive assistance in choosing their remodel materials and design plans. You will meet with our team at local showrooms to review and document your remodel materials selections.
The client will work with our professional design partner to select all the design materials for the remodel, including various fixtures and finishes. You are also welcome to choose a design package from an outside design firm of your choice.
During the procurement phase, our team will order all construction-related materials for the project. Rest assured that these materials will be onsite before construction begins in order to maintain an on-time project completion.
Now, our field staff and subcontractors can officially start your remodel! We pride ourselves on staying on schedule, keeping your home protected from dust and damage, and communicating throughout the entirety of the construction phase.
